are ITR cams a upgrade over stock gsr cams?

    Are the itr cams drop in for a gsr? I know alot of people upgrade to the itr springs and retainers but i was wondering if the gsr springs could handle em? I wont be going past stock limiter (8100)..Stock ecu for now but a hondata down the road.

    its your call...personally if i were to be swapping cams id save up for some bc spec 3s and upgrade the springs and retainers all while you were in there....

    I was trying to figure out if I ought to go to gsr cams or itr cams? Are there any major differences between the and do you need to upgrade the retainers and lifters and shite when going to its cams? I
