if there was air in the coolant the rpms would jump too because the cts (coolant temp sensor) wouldnt be reading right so it would rev up to keep it...

well if the tensioner is fully tightened then it is time for a new belt buy some cam gears and a new high tension belt from hks and you will be good...

well if you just replaced the belt then try taking the tensioner off and cleaning it out and then returning it also you may need a new tensioner...

well i believe i know what it is the torque converter is locked up and needs to be changed.
