Figured i'd start this thread since the car is on it's way.
Heres the pics of the car from the Goo-net ad:

I had the dealer send this pic to me. He said it's a rare factory option time to change oil/filter indicator.

The box was a "congrats on the new car" gift from my wife:gfight:

Well the plan is to save up another little bank and:
    1. First, lower it as much as I can and still get to my house and park in the parking tower. And keep a smooth ride for the babies:baby:
    2. Spoon street "tail silencer" lol
    3. Source some 16" SW388s or Regamaster Evos in white

thats it other than the misc stuff like steering wheel, shift knob, and that kind of cheaper stuff.

Lets just say that I have a good reason to hustle my money together now. So hopefully I can save up pretty fast. Right now I still have $450 on my dresser.
I have been looking for some used Zeal coilovers. But the spring rates are always crazy hard. So I looked into the good ol' Ground Control setup again. I know that alot of people will say why not get some really good coilovers. This is the fuel for alot of debate on other forums. Why have "track" parts on a "street" car. I agree. I'm not going to ever take this car on a track. I might however drive spiritedly every once in a while. So for my needs, GC will do just fine if I can't find some coilovers. And this car probably won't change much after I get it looking the way I want it to.

Very nice! I have been looking to purchase a true JDM car myself in the future. So now I know who to talk to about this issue. Deibidosan, hopefully you can be of some help in the later future with my purchase and shipment! Keep it clean!

GC are very good for the street. I would steer clear of high spring rates for daily driving as well.

David lives in Japan so buying a real JDM car is normal to him. It is getting quite difficult these days to register Japan Domestic cars in the U.S.

Yea I sat here all day looking at sh!tloads of coilovers. Some good deals too. Ohlins, Zeal, Tein flex, and even a set of Orange anodized Kei Office that looked new, all under $600! Used of course, but hey. Needless to say I got the brakes. $479 from UpGarage. Heres a pic:

    King Motorsports has them.

Yea, i'm lucky, i'm very aware of that. I guess i've earned it though. Imagine leaving all your car friends and your cool car in the states. And not doing any Honda tuning for 4 years. Messing with Hondas was an addiction for me. I had some serious withdrawls! :googly: So to have this car means more than owning a Type R. It's like having part of my life back. Even if it was a beat up hatch, it would be only slightly less amazing for me! But having this car, these parts, and the cheap prices over here has a down side. All my friends that I talk to say that they hate me now! lol!:slap:
