Modifying of Cars Illegal in CA courts-- Sept

Ok, so wouldn't this be a trip... What if they made it illegal to modify cars??? I mean actually enforcing the laws like they do with pot, coke, etc....

simple, move out of california.

 

yea it would be simple to just move out of state...or register your car out of state and just drive it in cali

i live in cali, and cops look at my car and they dont do anything, its fully modified, wide body kit, everything.
i live in redding, btw.
ive only been pulled over for my loud ass exhaust .

i was saying earlier that i only got pulled over fer my exhaust...
pulled over today becuase the 5-0 thot my tires were illegal...haha they were, but he didnt actually know that...

well ur not thinking clearly,,,,i had track tires, racing slicks watever thier called..in cali they r WAY illegal.
