DB8 itr from the cat back ek3 cluster, seats, door panels, arm rest, and navigation...99-00 climate control conversion sexy profile w/ sir lip... ctr door speakers BNIB bunch of new interior ish... 8000K hids/3500K hids in the fog lights too irony ....just the other day... ..and that concludes the life story of my current vehicle. pee ess; i was bored
well the b16 was just temporary, i actually ordered it for my hatch (94) that i'm in the process of putting together. i just wanted to throw it in the coupe right after it arrived so if there were any complications i could get them taken care of right away....even though i knew it'd be in perfect shape cuz steve at hmotorsonline is an OG and always comes through. i drove it around for a few months, took it to the track once and ran a 15.2 with just a skunk2 IM, skunk2 chipped p28 and that itr header (which probably slowed me down a bit) not bad for having full ac, power steering and factory si airbox...the intended motor was an obd1 sir-g swap ("jdm" gsr) skunk2 IM, itr header, omni test pipe, DB8 cat back, fidanza flywheel, act unsprung 6-puck clutch, factory itr lsd in the tranny, obd1 "jdm" p72 ecu untouched...15.13 e/t...hilarious, in a way. that b16 was a champ i'll snap some more interior shots and post them
looks great! clean and uncluttered. what kind of suspension are you running? looks like maybe some tokico blues w/ springs? i always say that i dont like coupes,...but shit yours is hawt!! :thumbup:
haha, thanks man. yeah it's just a set of blues with some cheap springs, "goldlines" they don't ride too bad but when i first thew them on the back sagged so i had to put some spacers in to even it out. thanks for the comments! it's good to get positive feedback after all the work i put into this thing. next on the list is bodywork and paint...championship white hsnap:
so you have the Gathers setup, do you have an FM receiver thingy? you know that thing that enables you to tune in american radio stations. i had a good idea the other day. i have an FM transmitter for my Ipod. its a jdm model so it can be used for any jdm radio. the reason i thought of that was because i sold a friend of mine back in the states a gathers setup just about the same as yours. and he complained about only being able to listen to cds. so if someone wanted to have a jdm fm transmitter for their ipod, they're available.
yeah that coupe is mint man keep up the great work. looks good how it is but champ white is an amazing color. white cars always look amazing
yeah i would just keep it the factory white but the car does need body work and paint and the grill, fenders, mirrors and lip are already champ white...and if i'm gonna paint it may as well do it big...
