picking this up on thursday. no wing, no wheels, no coilovers, no motor/trans (though it will come with motor and trans, i just have to remove it and return it). included; aero, full interior, lowering springs (stech i think) on agx or whatever got it for a steal. plans are to build a super cheap drift car. (then return to making the mr-s a nice daily/grip car)
we'll its going to sit around until i can find a KA or some motor to stick in it and some coilovers to put on. then its all suspension junk and a welded diff.
Congrats on the NEW Purchase Wow You Know I want another S13 soo bad even with all the Problems I was having with the Old Chasiss I still want another one cause they Feel Soo Bad Ass ... :rocks: I know You Know all the Choices for Swaps but Would you consider a CA18DET cause you can net over 300 hp without changing Internals and Its Really Cheap Now Days ... oke:
ive wanted another S13 since i sold my old one. my girlfriend even kept pestering me about it oke: im thinking a few different things (since this car can have lots of down time, and i wont care) - carb SOHC KA (Datsun owner's fav) - 13BT (love the idea of it. always wanted to build a rotary or two. not much gains over SR) - SR (easy like pie) - CA (cheaper pie) we'll see. probably doing with a KA first just to get it running with my own engine. i have a S13 KA trans that i think i will open up to see what needs to be replaced (blew apart from my first track day, didnt hold oil) first on the agenda is getting it running, then wheels, then coilovers (cheap/used), then welded diff. then i want coilovers on the MR-S and some TRD aero. after that, i will go back to the S13 and work on it more.
ohh man, that looks tough ... im in the market for a S13 coupe or hatch def post up more when u get it
i started pulling out the terrible wiring from his gauges and junk. looks like this car will be rewired :ermm:
Next step. Remove vinyl, burn existing vinyl. Finally slap yourself and find something productive to do. :slap:
