The Cube gets 37 MPG and has something called e-4WD, which includes an electric motor that kicks in when you need it. actually the Cube has been out in Japan since 1998!! and its only changed styles twice i think. the new one just looks like a more concepty version.

Not a bad move by Nissan IMO since our market is selling smaller 4 cylinder cars more nowadays. I think it's ugly, but I thought the same thing about the xB when it came out. Give it some time, it'll catch on, but who knows if it'll catch up to the Scions.
