Possible scammer on these boards...superstreet4life

Hello all...

I am a longtime member at acura-legend.com

I am here because a fairly active member from these boards has made some bogus transactions with a few members over at a-l.com.

Some transactions were resolved after a long period of time with no shipping and multiple unanswered emails, while others have gone unresolved and ignored like this one:

In fact, (to add insult to injury) he was selling his Legend in our FS Section, a fellow forum member posted a link to the above thread in his FS thread, and he literally ignored it and simply stated:

I am not here to form a lynch mob, or embarrass this kid....but rather, he needs to learn that when you make transactions over the internet, you need to come through in a timely manner or otherwise explain yourself....he has done neither as of yet....he gladly took people's money but did not follow through with his end of the deal.

Since he seems to be so active on this forum, hopefully this thread will reach him.

He needs to contact the people that he has unresolved transactions with and get it taken care of ASAP....to my knowledge some of the members involved may have ALREADY decided to take this to the next level with Paypal and/or their local authorities...

Josh....you need to start cleaning up your mess N-O-W before things get much much worse for you legally....

Wow have you guys had Acura Legend problems before? I mean....besides a blown head gasket maybe?

UPDATE: The kid came in this morning promising refunds but states he has no cash...kinda sucks when you get called on your BS and youve already spent your stolen cash I guess...

Anyhow, I will let you guys know how it turns out....thanks for your help and for not deleteing my thread

He still hasnt contacted or paid anyone, so we are starting to apply a bit more pressure...

I apologize for bringing any drama to your guys forum....but if anything, you guys now know NOT to buy from this guy...
