98 JDM Gsr Auto Tranny

    Anybody know the gear ratio or the benifits of having this transmission compared to the Ls USDM version? I've been searching for some info on this tranny and can't find anything.:computerrage:

    don't know the exact ratios, but i had an auto b17 in a 97 coupe and the gears were long as hell. wouldn't launch, but would haul ass at the end of first and throughout the rest of the gears.
