Here is my daily beater since 1993 [Wow, that's a long time ago!!]

She was directly imported from Japan to Thailand when the Thai DM EG didn't even have PGM-FI engine but carburated one, no ABS, no SRS, no rear disc and just crappy car.

And now, with the latest restoration done last year, she was stripped naked, got rid of a bit of rust, cleaned inside out. I have given her the new internals from her bigger sister "ITR 98 Spec". Anything that could be ripped and installed [with 99% no additional modification required] from the ITR are now installed instead of factory stuffs such as B16A Engine, Suspensions, Breaking, Front & Back Seats, etc.

Here I would like to present to this community, my daily ride!!

Just like your picture, I got a baby boy due next month [first kid] so things are kinda busy. The ITR is being stripped, cleaned, and would be repainted Phoenix Yellow. She came in black originally and I didn't get her brand new [just bought her recently]

CTR has a long wait at the moment in Japan [unless you wanna pay premium] because only 400 are made per month. My college friends who live there told me it's going to be a big hit there too. ITR is gone so CTR is the only "R" left at the moment so Honda has to really bang it up. And the local grey-market importer informed me they would get it sometimes in November [unless I'm willing to pay $$$ more to beat the crowd] But I guess I'd rather wait.

I'd rather drive 3-4 "Rs" than getting one European Muscle [not even close in term of $$$]

congrats on the boy. my son is the absolute best thing to happen to me. they change everyday, so don't blink. i have an 07 si sedan (thats the best we can do in the states) so i'm interested to see your build up of the type r. is it gonna be a coupe or sedan??? damn nice ferio, i can't stop thinking about it. whats cool about it is if you pulled up next to it on the street, the only thing that would give away that its a bad ride is the 5 lug conversion, but other than that you could drive around here all day long and kick the poo out of people and they wouldn't know what hit them.

Fatherhood literally scares me sh_tless [although I'm like 38 years old]. The ITR would be a coupe, it's already a JDM ITR but she's a 1998 model. PY didn't come out until 2000. It would really be a factory look, the wheels [and I LOVE the wheels] the interiors [yes, yellow SRD too, got it mint for US$2500], no special meters; no nothing. But the engine would be 2.0 B18C, I got all the parts [no sleeves boring either] from Crower [2.0 Stroker Kits] The only thing that can be noticeable would be the J's Intake that's in the front bumper. Everything else would be factory, even the intake manifold [with bored-throttle to 70mm but you can't really tell]

You are someone I would really respect because you would notice differences. On a daily basis, I have to blow a lot of ricer rides who think their cars are so freaking "fast & furious" when most of them [here] got like big-ass exhaust pipe that make extremely annoying sound [90% of the time their cars are factory-engine with slight modifications, lowered suspensions, big wheels and parades of meaningless freaking stickers like ADVAN [and their tires are actually Bridgestone or Michelin], Recaro [when it's clearly seen that the seats are factory or fakes. Many of them here [in Thailand] don't even have the slightest clue about many things, that's what made me wanna get the ITR because they would not try to mess with you if you drive one, but a car like mine? someone always doubts it and would love to blow me but you can figure out who mostly got blown instead!

It's taken from JDM DB8 ITR [4 Door Integra Type R, and yes, in Japan they have such thing] and it's a perfect fit. No modifications needed whatsoever. It's pretty tough to find one, specially in 99% minty condition like what I got.
