Ok now i bought my Halo 1 Piece projectors for my 95 civic ex coupe about 6 months ago now if i remember correct on the box it sayed Hids not allowed but now on ebay i saw the same exact headlights being sold with hids??? you can with a retro fab job to make them legal. check out hidplanet.com. they have a lot of good info on HID conversions
