Are broadway rearview mirrors realy jdm?? if so when did this fad start? just wanted to know a little more about them, other than a larger mirror you stick on ur stock one.. thanks
Yes they are jdm. well they sell them here anyway. but im pretty sure they are. Im not sure about a fad or anything, but i have had one on my legacy since the first week i had it. i love it. since the mirror is convex, you get no blind spots...at all. very usefull in the crazy traffic. there are alot of other brands and sizes of them. you can even get differet colors. something that you guys might not know about is that over here they turn them a little bit crooked. about a 30 degree angle or so. i have NO idea why they do it unless its to like show off that you have a big mirror. i dunno. but most of the drifters and young people with there VIP styled kei cars do it. hope this info helps out a little!
i don't know where it originated, but i have one in my fit! very nice. i can see the whole inside of my car, the stock one mainly looked out the back window. mine isn't a flat mirror though, it's curved.

i found mine at kragen auto parts. lol. it isn't a true :broadway: mirror, but it's the same idea. lol.

lol @ angling the mirror, I guess ill have to do it if its "jdm" I got my mirror at walmart for 10 bucks lol. I had to paint it black tho cause no one likes clear "euro" plastic
