Question.. What if I say yeah I have a EG1, well isnt that a crx and a del sol both different generations. I see there both d series so im guessing there not talking about the shell. But is there a way to tell exactly what you have, i.e. EG1 D15B JDM All 3-door/4-door/CR-X or EG1 D15B8 USDM 1996-1997 del Sol (8-valve). Noob question, i know.

Please Look at your VIN #

    Honda VIN numbers

    (Vehicle Identification Numbers 1983-1998)

Beginning in 1981 Honda went to the 17 digit worldwide standard. The VIN is located on the dashboard, the drivers door jamb, and the engine firewall. The VIN number follows a consistent scheme. Some of the digits are consistent from year to year but some may change from year to year.
