Comptech Sport - Closing?

Appearently, Comptech is closing it's doors. Some members of AcuraZine.com have called Comptech and have been told this. No press release or any more information than these threads.

This sucks because I was going to get some Comptech Parts...No official info...so maybe/hopefully it's a rumor...?

i also heard that Apex'i is filing for bankruptcy. is Comptech's closing also possibly due to the rash of knockoff products being sold to the public...as is the case with apex'i.hsnap:

 

I've heard something about the investors screwed up. I also heard their Racing contract is up and they don't have enough revenue...we'll see.

omg, if there is any upside to this its that APEX'i and Comptech parts just became more valuable, but its really hard to believe that knockoff products are the cause of this.

Many people have said they've talked to some employees there, etc.

 

i cant imagine apex'i closing its doors being its huge in its home market... japan

they cant close they are the only co. that i know of that hakes headers for the crv and i havent got any yet

 

yes ... sir.. !! i've been confirming that comptech is gone .. Im in the industry and its going around everywhere .. i don't think this is a rumor... its sad tho
