Der Meister's Midori

So i picked up a midori green hatch a few weeks ago and decided to finally make a thread. Not much will happen with the car for a little while until i can get the woman her car so i can tear this one up lol. Anyway enjoy and i hope this thread goes better than the last few haha.

the owner before me had a "weird" taste to say the least like the wheels and suspension but that is getting taken car of. will put more pics up tomorrow. if you view leave a comment, good or bad, all input is welcome.

Looks like you had/have a bad motor mount too, judging by that hood dent. I'm sure it will go better than your last projects

 

Looks like a good start. Plenty of potential. Get those headlights restored and it will make a big difference in the appearance.

 

yeah gotta get some 2000 grit for the headlights and ive already made a few changes.

i didnt think of the motor mount being bad thanks for that lol i thought someone left something under the hood and slammed it shut haha.

That is also a possibility. Just check out the integrity of the driver's side mount. They go bad quite often.

and yeah ive been slacking on the new pics but theyre coming

 

ok got some new pics.
i threw on some cheap coilovers to try to fix the ride height but they are only temporary dont worry. traded the s2k and integra seats for some clean stockers. traded the wheels for some no name 14's with brand new tires. and wrapped the passenger door panel and armrest, gotta do the driver's side soon. anyway lmk whatcha think













ill put some more pics up when i get the ride height the way i want it.

 

looks nice. Paint the bottom of that hood black or something though.

 

yeah i am. whoever did the repaint on this car is a complete moron. there are drips and the underside of the whole front end is still red and there is primer overspray inside the bay. but whatever ive been practicing on my painting and ill be respraying the car anyway. as long as its a 20 footer thats fine for now i guess lol

the things we would all do to that ek. i pulled up my chair. that colour is nice. although im not feeling the brassknuckle print. id rather go stock look. more pics PUHLEASE

 

looks like a great foundation for sure. dont see very many midori in that kind of shape or with a 99-00 front end for that matter. shouldve just got another s2000 seat lol. a friend of mine has the whole 15 in front 16 in back wheel combo too have no idea what thats all about. keep it clean dude need any light shed holla at me lol

 

or upgrade to ITR/CTR Recaros

i really didnt like the s2000 seat too much. it was very hard, sat too low, and didnt like the leather. im really wanting to get some jdm ek4 seats or some srd recaros but thats all in due time.

and yeah just trying to keep it clean and make it nice and straight. gonna be a while but definitely worth it

 

if you were closer i have some red sol seats that would go good in there and keep the xmas theme going with the hood

 

haha yeah i know lol. i wouldnt mind some del sol seats if you still have them later on i might have to take them off your hands
