You have defiantly put alot of time and money into that car making it one of my favorites on this site. I'm loving the wheels as I am also looking for a pair of LS rims. How did you paint them? And what center caps did those come from? Looks great and like i said defiantly one of my favorites!
Thanks bro. I painted them by first misting black primer over them twice, then layering several coats of primer over them evenly (2 cans). I proceeded to due the same thing with the paint (3 cans). And finished by applying the clearcoat (2 cans). Any questions let me know.
Will defiantly be painting my LS wheels just like that when i find some! GJ! BTW look at the gangster lean on the front seat! haha
Thanks ya'll. my future plans will include more motor work. i want to build an all motor non-vtec honda, so i want to and some crower cams, skunk2 intake manilfold, and throttlebody, and if possible, a type r tranny with lsd and a lightweight flywheel. other than that, just better tires, maybe some stock DC sideJMMM, my centercaps are custom made, by painting my stock LS caps, and having Type R stickers printed up.skirts to compliment the new lip, blox lower control arms, energy suspension poly bushings, relocate battery, password JDM power chamber intake, JDM DA radiator, and of course, more JDM goodies. Thanks again.
thats tight very subtle and clean. you are on your way man all you need now is the power to back it up.
Thanks bro. Yeah they're Gunmetal grey. The camera I shot the pics with is crap. I'll have better photos soon.
You painted the caps and added Stickers and you used in total 2 cans of primer 3 cans of gunmetal grey and 2 cans of clear. Is this right? what brand of primer, color and clear? Nice!
i dont remember what brand it was, i think it was duplicolor wheel paint. They sell it at Autozone and Kragen bro. Take your time and good luck
