    someone told me that we can make photo into cartoon called vector??

    can someone create this for me.. please.. i want to see the results..

    i know what your talking about but i have no idea how its done. kinda interested too now...:D

    it is done using Adobe Illustrator. Im not great with that program YET so I cant help you but ill be able to do it in the future.

    i started doing it with my old s13 on photoshop using the pen tool. its a bitch to do.
