How about a $9,000 car wash? As another sign of just how different the wealthy live, Autoblog sibling Luxist posted a report from Guardian Unlimited about Paul Dalton and his car wash service, Miracle Detail. Dalton, according to the news source, charges over a staggering $9,000 for his top-of-the line Pinnacle car wash. The near two-week, 52-step program includes citrus degreasing, filtered water, and many sponges and buckets. The car wax alone, at $13,000 a tube, costs more than the service itself. Dalton, however, points out that the service protects the car for a year. http://www.autoblog.com/2006/05/05/how-about-a-9-000-car-wash
No, I don't think he is using the full tube for the car. Perhaps the tube is enough for a several cars. I don't know. I doubt it cost $13000 his cost. His cost maybe a few hundred or so.
hmm... $9000 for a carwash that "lasts a year" or $5 that'll last a week... or do it myself for Free... lemme think here
Enzo Owners Well see thats the Thing when You OWN a High End Car You can Afford the Upkeep of that Car Regardless of the Price.... Imagine the Tune Up on the V12 where you have to split the Block for a spark plug change... :googly:
Hahaha, he uses bottled water. What a friggin' joke. Let's pay $9000 for a car wash and watch a bird shit on the car the second it leaves the parking lot. It probably slides right off with that " $13000 wax" though. Rich people are stupid. Anybody that believes that a detailing that this guy does will keep your car clean for a year is an idiot. You could get the whole car a fresh coat of paint and just give it a vacuum, and it would look brand new and cost less than $9000.
Thats just ridiculous. If i was the sales person and someone agreed to a 9,000 dollar wash id do this to him:slap:
lol, that's crazy. you might as well just buy a new car if you're that rich and lazy to wash your own car crazy! fuck yo couch.
