I don't mean to put anybody in a sad mood, but I just needed to get it off my chest. The vet told me today that I have two choices, the right choice and the wrong one:cry:; Bear was a 137 lb. golden lab, only 11 1/2 years old. He had degenerative arthrits in his hips; this in combination with tile floors, slippery paws, and an always excited loving dog= multiple slips over the years, which in turn made his shit worse:thumbsdown: Gradually his pain became worse and worse and I definetly feel that it should be quality over quantityHowever, I keep beating myself up, thinking of all these things I could have done, done better, and done more. I know he is in a better place 'cause after all All Dogs Go To Heaven wave Sorry again for the depressing post I get a pic up soon, all the pitures I have are 35mm. So when I scan some I'll get them up
Sorry to hear about your loss, I know how it feels, our doggy Bronson died over a year ago. He was a Lab-Mix. I am sure Bear brought you some funny memories. They each have their own pesonality. hsnap: 137lbs!!
