JDM Parts

Does anybody know what the difference is, if any, between the USDM EK Ferio tail lights and the JDM ones? and also, does anyone know if Honda Japan ever made a third brakelight cover for the EK Ferio, like they did for the EG Ferio? Hopefully someone knows. Thanks.

i think that there is no difference between the usdm and jdm ferio taillights..
they have the Stanley red Clear tails tho..for the ferio SiII and ek4 siR!
about the 3rd break light cover...its only for the eg ferio..i think it wasnt available for the ek version

 

hey thanks man, i had a good feeling the us and jdm tails didn't differ, just had to ask tho...and the third brake light cover, i asked the guy i bought my mirrors from about it, and he said it is a very rare part and extremely hard to find. i feel kinda dumb asking about the tailights, lol:roflmao:

 

haha! i had second thougths about my answer too..and checked 1st b4 posting..
well..there was a difference tho..but it was the euro version..where in they had the 96-98 tails..but with the 99 front end look..cant remeber what civic it was tho..

Hey, although im not sure about the ek tail lights, i can safely say that some other Honda models have only 1 small difference in tailights, USDM=outer/extra reflector VS. JDM=no extra reflector. Maybe ek sedans do not apply, that's why i said im not sure...

^ yeah that side reflector is probably the only difference, thats how it is for my sol jdm's. i got 'em anyway.. i really dont like that outside reflector, especially when you take pics it show up like whoa on the US ones
