K20 hatch

ok so i finally got pics of a burn out that one of my friends did at a car show. this is my friend Devins car. he did a burn out through 5 gear and when he shifted to 6th the right axle popped out of the tranny. we thought he blew the trans at first, but when he got it up on a lift he just popped it back in! whew!(chained to a backho to ensure maximum tire destruction! lmao) ENJOY!!

haha, no it was just bouncing off the rev limit in 5th eating some asphalt! imagine that, hitting RL in 5th!!! you can imagine how fast the tires were spinning! thats why theres so much smoke! lmao! people didnt know it had a K series, (a fairly new thing then) and had no idea it was 6 spd. when he hit 6th we were yelling to a whole chrowd of people that he was hitting 6th. they thought we were crazy. after the axle prob, he had his hood up and people where in awe! lol! this car on street tires beat a built mustang running slick on the street! gotta love that!!! heres a pic after the laguna seca blue paint job and some other stuff. he always runs steelies and surprises the shit of of V8 heads that think their shits fast!

yea me too...it'd be really nice to do what you wanted to your car. at the time that he bought the K, if im not mistaken, it cost $8000. and the mounts cost $2000. it was when they first came to the states. his parents asked him what he wanted for his graduation present!!!!! all he asked for was a K in his hatch! must be nice! lol!
