My 91 MR2

well this past weekend was a year with it but it was at the shop,
got it back yesterday :woot:
soo yeah ive kept it stock for the past year since low on funds and i wanted to get used to it since driving a DC4 before...

only things done so far is
-Turbo X-Brace
- 93+ shift lever
-Trust/Greddy Knob
-Broadway mirror
-new tires- some unknown brand
-front/rear sway bar bushings
-NGK spark plugs

ill start to get some stuff once i save up
like a 93+OEM lip and work on the suspension(i know 4x4) and get some rims/tires(not sure what size im going for yet).

as for the engine?
keeping the lil 5S in for now,
once i have enough for another car ill probably go for a 93 Turbo MR2 or a MR-S and keep this one as my DD:thumbup:

-a lil update-
got a K&N filter lol

but at the moment my car is still leaking oil, got the oil pan resealed but now also its leaking through the oil pump:thumbsdown:
ill probably get that fixed this week.

next is start on suspension plans,
1. replace all the worn out bushings/balljoints,tie rods and get tanabe strut bars.

2. buuuut also a MR2 buddy is selling his bilstien struts with Tein S Techs...

dunno what to do...:ermm:

also gonna paint the stock rims for fun

well im probably gonna go for struts/springs the 1st week of next month,
sooo if nothings wrong with it by then and i get all my suspension plan done then ya gonna go for rims/tires for sure.
i want BBS but cant afford em soo maybe something like this

nice man! i <3 mr2s. your car is cleaner than you give it credit for, i like it :thumbup: there is a first gen near me for sale @ $900. only probs is that its auto and looks like kevins only stock :googly: im debating on it pretty heavily but idk.

 

lol well finally got my oil pan resealed and oil pump soo im finally oil leak free!

sooo i have a MR2 buddy that would sell me his Tein S Techs for cheap,
also Tokicos but 2 of them are blown, dunno if i should get em too and get it repaired? but im not sure how much it would cost...
