give me a week or so and I will do a photoshoot. Supposedly someone is gonna let me borrow their nice camera so I will try to arrange it soon.
Sup homies. David and I did a whole hour long photoshoot on his friends camera and it was just super f*cking annoying and hard to work with. Long story short, they looked awesome on the viewfinder but when I loaded them on the computer they were almost all blurry, I was pissed! We'll redo it later but ill post the few that werent utterly horrible. By the way I thought I would share my license plate with you guys even tho its "super sketch" putting it online and whatnot (if someone can tell me why that really is I will take it down)
You have XXR 501's? 15x8+15? And it's "sketchy" cause people can run the plates and find out where you live supposedly. The they steal your car. I don't think the DMV or police department gives that info out though....so I don't know how they would get any of your personal info. Nice photos by the way.

Im not super worried about anyone running my plates because I tried to lookup info online on what you can find with a tag# and I couldnt get anything. I think theyd basically have to have a gov't job. Im sure there are a ton of people who see it everyday anyways. There would have been no point of getting it if I wasnt able to show it off for a chuckle

What do the police say about people driving without their front? In norway its illegal and get a "nice" ticket for it. (because when the front is off, its a killing machine)
They dont even care. Ive had it like that for 2 months before driving past plenty of cops. Ive even been pulled over with it like that and they didnt even mention it.
Thats just awesome! What about the hood? its like, everything here in norway is illegal, if i get pulled over with my tires, the will take my license plate (to wide). If i add more HP to the car and i get caught for it, they take a dyno test of the car and i'll have to pay for each gained HP. A friend of me had a Ford sierra cosworth with 350whp, and got pulled over and got a dyno run, he had to pay ALOT of money for that!.. My old manifold was a POS and was already welded once where it was cracking then a few months later the whole wastegate flange broke off so the last couple days ive had a gaping hole in the mani and I sounded like a dump truck and had no boost. Basically I got a whole new ram horn mani that ive always wanted that has larger pipes too so it should have better top end. It appears to be better quality also so hopefully this wont happen again! Heres a shitty cell pic I took while installing the mani tonight.
Ive been puttin some work in on the bumper lately to get it all back together. On the EK foglights everyone including me always screws or rivits them down in each corner including me but the fitment never seems to be good. I always had a gap around the covers for them so I was just going to try gluing them on to eliminate the need for rivits or screws. The glue worked ok but it was going to look funny still if I left it like that so I did the only thing left there was to do, mold them in with bondo! The shit came out way better then I thought it would and Im not even done Heres a few shitty teasers. New manifold changing crazy colors
Whats up guys! Ive been trying SOO hard to get the time to finish the bumper but its just one thing after another... school, work, and just other things that are more important to fix. Randomly the other day my car just started idling all high at around 2000 rpm and then idle surging continuously. I was like WTF is going on?! I checked all the vacuum lines and everything was perfect so I was just confused... no CELs, nothing. I knew I had some crazy globs of rubbery stuff that got broken up and were floating around my cooling system after I flushed it out recently so I was sure something from that must have clogged up the IACV or the FITV so I took them both off. When I took the casing off the FITV, sure enough there was some HUGE ass black booger clogging the hole completely. After cleaning both of the valves completely and removing the boogers it idles better than it ever has. Then, there was the other problem. The new manifold I got cracked a hairline crack all around the number 4 cylinder after only a week and a half. I was kinda upset but then I started thinking what about my car could be breaking the manifolds like that. My friend Tom and I pulled the plugs out and they looked like they were pretty lean for some reason (causing higher EGT) so we put some new plugs and richened up the Hi-Throttle map on the SAFC. I also raised the fuel pressure to 55. The good news is yesterday after taking the whole manifold off and getting the cracks welded with some extra supports put on the car is running great and is pulling HARRDD, better than ever actually. Ill get the bumper done asap now as long as nothing else breaks!
