My Aztec Green 1992 Integra GSR Project...

sweet build. The RnR's are sweet.

 

I finally got the car home today from the body shop. All is good. Nice and glossy. Just need to intall the final pieces. New tires for the Mugen RNRs will be coming next as well as a new suspension setup. This thing needs to be lowered. I will most likely go with Koni yellows with a ground control setup. Then we can get rid of the crappy wheels it is currently on. Here are some more pics, what a difference!

Soon, like within a month or two im going to start looking for GSRs & Type Rs

again, awesome car.

the only downside, and im sure im going to get jumped for this

Dents!!!

With just my luck, I have huge dents in the hood now. Having to park this car in the street as the garage has only room for 2 cars. Someone last night decided to walk all over the cars including mine. I could see the footprints left from their shoes starting at the back on the roof and finally the hood of the car.

Shit like this makes me not want to go further with this project. I will have paintless dent removal guys come out and fix this should run about $300 or so. Luckily there was no paint damage.

Anyhow will be open to selling the GSR for $6K at this point (PM me in seriously interested).

I was just really pissed yesterday, I cooled off some, actually alot. The alarm hasn't been installed, since I really just got the car back. I will install it shortly, I need to put a day to do it.

Anyhow, more stuff came, the new wipers, antenna mast, front cowl and bumper lenses and new license plates.
So pretty much everything on the outside will be pretty much new. My stimulus check should come soon, I guess I will blow it on the new one piece headlights.

My garage is a 2 car garage. The s2K and 350Z take up the spaces which is the order of the food chain when it comes to cars. The s2K is my brothers (we both own the house we live in), so I get the other space. 350Z > GSR.
So for the mean time the GSR will be parked in the driveway until next month. I am going to sale the 350Z, as I bought it new 5 years ago and enjoyed the car but looking for something more "special". I don't know yet, but whatever I get to replace the 350Z, the GSR will be demoted to outdoors again. So in the meantime the GSR will be parked in the gargage.

Also I believe it wasn't haters, i believe they were mischievous neighborhood kids. I live in a secure gated community and they jumped on several cars in a row and my car was one of them. It happens.

wow honestly there is no excuse for anything like that. if i would have leaned up against someones car in a parking lot my dad would have knocked my ass out and it really helped make me the restpectful person i am today and i think someone needs to kick these kids' asses and maybe they would think twice about WALKING ON PEOPLE'S CARS for christ sake. ever thought of setting up a camera? just a thought, car is beautiful though.

 

The plan is to take the car tomorrow to get the hood repaired, it will be taken to www.beachcitiespdr.com and they will repair it for $450. My brother has gone to them a couple of times to get rid of a couple of dings and the owner Jeff is known for doing excellent work and a master at his skill.

I applied a couple of new emblems, the stock "Integra" emblem and the very very rare "Version-S" emblem. We use to sell these years ago, then we had a hard time finding them, I was able to source these. Anyhow not much is know for the Version-S in Japan, it was believed to be a very limited run like the GS-R in the states.

I also put on new cheapy DEPOT Amber front bumper lenses. I like them.

I will install the new wiper arms, blades and front windshield cowl shortly. I have started buying more new parts for the interior, center console pieces, trunk mat, trunk cargo cover and tools.

 

looks good! when are the wheels going on? personally if it was me i'd wait until i had the sus done before the new wheels. hot wheels on a hot car with a huge gap is unsightly! lol! imo this build is being done exactly how it should be done!! awesome job!
