heres my old CRX. i finally got some pics scanned and posted. it wasnt much but for where i was (cape girardeau MO)and what was done to it, it was pretty cool! first import with a stainless exhaust!! lmao! this was in 1997. the whole import scene in my home town was like a new born baby! well anyway i learned alot, and had alot of fun with this car. it got me around for a long time! i miss it sometimes! ill have my mom find the better pics and send them to me. enjoy! this is after some assholes going to mardi gras pulled out in from of me, they ruled the accident a "no fault". Got screwed, as usual. I never noticed how well the hood and bumper lined up, with almost no gap at all.
yea the 17s didnt stay on long. after the tantrums i had some 17" enkeis and then i had factory saw blades painted black, and then steelies (in the second pic), and then i had black slipstreams, and then black CP035 copies when i sold it. i really hope i have an engine shot at my moms house. i guess i was most proud of how clean the engine was. people were always amazed at how new it looked. the interior was like that too, like new condition. it was very clean and simple. i like to keep things that way. that might be the reason why im always wanting to sell the Legacy and get a 4 door ITR. but my wife says that with a dog we "NEED" the wagon.
AAAHHHH sorry had to bring it back from the dead!!! lol god this car brought so many awesome memories. Hey Dave I got my old computer working which had the video of you wrecking your car on it. Im going to try and upload it somewhere. And how can I forget the "oil change" in the street at like 2 in the morning...oh god so many memories with this damn car.
if you could get that video uploaded somewhere, i would be so happy!! loL! i like the way i beeped the horn just before i went up on the curb!! lmao!!!! great times!!! and if you could also upload us with the BurgerKing trays!!! dude we rock so hard! ok some of you might know about drifting a FF car. but im pretty sure we mastered it! we couldnt drag race in the rain, so we found other ways to waste time!! dont try this at home.... 1. find a nice big smooth parking lot with NO poles or curbs! 2. happen upon D)some fast-food plastic trays. the more the better! 3. wait for it to rain. 4. when it rains, go to the parking lot. 5. put a plastic tray in front of each back tire. 6. drive onto them. when your tires are dead center, rip the e-brake. 7. take off like normal. the first time you turn be ready to counter steer!!! lmao! 8. be careful, have fun, god knows i did!
Hahah yea man Ive done that before. The only thing not ridiculously awesome about it is trying to make it out of BK with like 8 trays since we did it when it was dry out and the trays go fast lol. We even thought about getting a few metal flat cookie trays from walmart and throwing some sick sparks while getting our FF drift on
i dont understand, what does dump mean? when i drove this car i was lucky to have gas money mush less money to put into it. everytime i saved the smallest amount to get something, something would break. and then I'd have to use all the money to just get it back on the road. it was a serious love/hate thing.
