Yup. I have the resources, may as well use them. Full stainless, 2.5" exhaust. Cost will be half that of any bolt-on exhaust.

Front (L/R)
Camber: -3.1°/-3.8°
Caster: 4.1°/3.6°
Toe: 0.03°/0.03°

Rear (L/R)
Camber: -2.4°/-2.9°
Toe: 0.17°/0.14°

I think the front camber/caster differences is because different heights. Caster isn't adjustable, and camber is maxed negative. I told them not to worry about camber because I need to get smaller tires up there to stop the rubbing (195/45-16 to replace the 205/45-16). I may also switch to 215/40-16 in the rear so the sidewall doesn't look as stupid big.

Or I'll just buy 17's.

 

When is the exhaust going to be done? And did you start full-time at Ill Garage or something? It seems like your never home during the day anymore (granted your never home at night either).

 

Nah, just part time. I'm just busy with a lot of things. Exhaust will probably be done Monday.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing it. I'm not a fan of a lot of exhausts offered for my car (They're all N1 styled). Maybe I can just have you make me one. Then I'll have a reason to rock an Ill Garage vinyl.

Replaced a CV boot. I'm pretty sure a chunk of asphalt is what ripped it (found it on the under tray)

Took it for a drive, feels SOOOOOOO much better than an '08 Corolla.

I made my exhaust yesterday. I did it all besides the welding (I don't trust my TIG skills yet).

The muffler is a stainless Magnaflow 12265. I used full stainless 2.5" piping and a Vibrant Performance 2.5" V-Band flange. I still need to figure out tips. Probably just going to go with 3" ones with burnt edges.

Tone is deep and pretty quiet at idle and in 5th with minimal throttle. It opens up when you get on it, but it does not sound 'ricey' like a fart can Civic or something.








Next project is a diffuser for the newly cleaned rear end
