That. The other one is on the motor in the car. I'll swap it over when I pull the motor.

 

All the wheels besides the new one shipped today! Rumor is that Mackin got a large shipment last week, so the new one should be arriving shortly

FUCK. Motor is coming apart again. Forgot to lap the valves (more-so never knew what it was, since they didn't teach us that shit in school. WTF?) and have crazy leakage out the exhaust valves. I might say fuck it and build the bottom end too though, since some cylinders leaked a decent amount into the block...

I'm going to lap them, put shit back together, and see the results. 90% sure I'm building the bottom end too.........

 

That sucks. Cant you adjust valve lap my adjusting the timing belt/cam gears? Why do you have to pull it all apart?

My rebuild only lasted 3 months before I had to pull it all apart again so im in that boat too.

Do'h that type of lapping duh. Now it makes sense why you have to pull it apart again. Those type of things are why I dont build my engines myself yet haha, something id fuck up for sure.

Just valves, valvetrain and cams. There's more, if you go back a page or two.

 

Got spacers, now I just need the fronts.
