Friend was supposed to come on Sunday with a heater and some extra hands to help. His car broke down (alternator bracket loosened and bolt stripped, looks like possibly a fried ECU) I'm going to work on it tomorrow/today though.
work tomorrow, work saturday, st louis til monday night. probably tuesday or wednesday i'll finish it up.
Hey... the motor runs. Has some vacuum leaks where I need some plugs and clamps. Also need a 2zz serpentine belt and a intake filter that fits (ebay junk doesn't have couplers OR a filter that fits the pipe...) Should be on the road next week sometime when I get some money for that stuff and have time to finish it up.
Almost done. All cylinders. Still vacuum leaks, still 87 octane in it, (gas went up 40 cents out of nowhere ) still untuned and very very rich. (now larger injectors, making that problem worse), but you get the idea. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/enC6NC9f5vM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Out of the garage. Sounds dope at higher RPM. Just need a PowerFC Datalogit before I get it tuned and beat on it By the way, I dodn't remember it being so low... I can barely see under it when I try to see what I got caught on (it was a 2x4)
tune this weekend. for now it's stupid loud. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cSc5125FwLY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
i had my volume low and it was still loud, lol. must sound awesome out on the open track at WOT. :rocks:
did some tuning today. the high cam doesnt, switch over but still made 185whp at about 6400rpm. Not bad at all for a 1.8L that doesnt have the big cam yet Stay tuned or don't. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-16X1Wefl74" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Got some toe rods, since the passenger's side was bent. Then lowered the car some more. Also realized my passenger's side CV boot is leaking again.... They don't like being this low. Makes it the 4th boot to rip.
