i fixed my rattle. the heatshield on the downpipe broke the welds, and was not coming off. so i bent it away from the welds and presto, no more rattle.

nothing exciting going on with the car. got new OEM floor mats from JNZ. the ones that came with the car were cheapos and kept sliding up under the pedals. it made driving difficult. i also installed my Cusco shift knob that i had on my MK1 before.

 

hows the weather been in Illinois? I know recently around the coastal North East US its been nice although a bit cooler. I bring this up because I would take ever advantage of driving w/ the top down, like my buddy who has a GP White AP2

 

today was 80 and sunny.

supposed to be high 70's all week going into next. rain on wednesday, but sunny on all other days. great vert weather

anyway, it was really foggy when i left work. so i came home and snagged my dad's camera

opinions on this bolt in rollbar? i found a really good deal on it. comes with all the hardware. it wont be installed until i get wheels and such. though installing it may be the only choice to bring it home

yeah, the guy wants $50. he got it for free from a friend. he has no need for it as he has a second gen. i just wanted some second opinions, and other people have said to get it as well.
