i have a 98'GSR with a 98spec JDM ITR swap. i have all the main bolt ons, and want to start with the internals the motor only has 33,000 miles on it with a brand new tranny. i want to know what cams and valve train products are good and will keep it a good daily driver with weekend track runs. also has anyone or does anyone think the vortec supercharger would be a good idea. i dont know what direction to go and dont really want to spend over $5,000. any ideas or do's and dont's will be aprechaited. thnks guys
For $5000 you can do alot more than just valvetrain stuff but here you go Jhpusa.com: Toda Spec C2 Value Pack -Toda Spec2 Camshafts -Toda Titanium Valve Retainers -Toda Valve Springs -Toda Timing Belt -Skunk2 Pro Series Cam Gears Total: $1,799 + Shipping & Installation Thats a pretty good deal especially being Toda stuff is the shit. Just look around inlinefour.com, jhpusa.com, optionsauto.com, or passwordjdm.com. For 5k you could go turbo and still have cash in pocket
