New Civic Type R for Japan

Honda Japan just recently released the new iteration of the venerated Civic Type R to the overseas public market. here's a link to the info on the new red H, and i also posted some pics for your viewing pleasure. i really like the new type r...the first 4 door civic type r in Honda history. :thumbup:

i personally like the white one. but the side view of the blue one looks like an evo. whenever i bought my si sedan, the salesman said that the 4 door type r was coming to the states, he jst didn't know when, he also said that it would be americanized, just like the old integra type-r's. american front end, awesome interior, but still different from japan, engine would be the same. still can't wait to see them IF they do make it to our side of the planet.

 

THEY'RE HERE!!!!! saw one at the dealership the other day! i was driving by so i couldnt get a pic. There was a man and a woman standing next to it with the salesman. i guess they were picking it up. they dont have them sitting on the lot. kind of a special order thing. I WILL KEEP MY EYES PEELED FOR THE SPY STALKER SHOT!!! lol!!

 

the white one is sexxay

 

IMO white is the only color for a type r and then maybe yellow.
it almost makes me want to get a 4dr si and convert it.... almost anyway

i think newer cars are made that way so that people will be like screw this im just gonna take it to the dealer, and then the dealer makes more money
