Hi, I have a chance to get a cheap 99' Nissan Primera 1.6 SLX with an LPG system installed. I am not really impressed with the stock performnce so I would like to upgrade a few things on it. I'm fairly new to tuning cars with LPG installed and I'm a bit afraid to ruin it if something goes wrong. I already have some usual mods in mind like alloy rims, new steering wheel, better exhaust etc. but I want to do a bit more in terms of pure power and torque. What could I do to get 30-40 hp(or hopefully more)without risking a catastrophic engine failure? I would like to keep the upgrade costs under 1000$ if possible.
