I thought it was pretty good, but just a little to long. It went from the first movie being actually believable to being completly fictional. I dont know but thats just my thoughts. All in all I would give at 3.5/5 stars.
That's exactly how I thought of it. With the visual effects, I thought it was done just because they could. It wasn't that believable to me. Of course, Johnny Depp was excellent and Kiera Knightly was fine. I thought the first one was a better, but that's how sequals always are. It was a little on the long side too. I agree with poonkla's ranking. There was just a couple things about it that just didn't sit right with me, but overall...good movie.
