when i back out of the drive way i hear a squeek when the tires roll down the sidewalk and speed bumps. is it possible that the bushings might be the reason. the car has 300,XXX miles on it btw.
check sway bar bushings along with other suspension components. cant think of many other things that would cause a squeek under those conditions
lower ball joints and LCA bushings... tie rod ends make more of a "thunk" sound over bumps also it would not hurt to check up the upper strut mount bushings... those have been known to squeak on hondas
my upper ball joints were the source of my squeak problem on my CRX. very easy fix. it would also squeak when i would push down on my fenders. very annoying!
i see it now, driving down the road; squeeky squeeky-squeeky squeeky squeeky-squeeky-squeeky.... :roflmao:
ball joints... squeaky squeaky-squeaky squeaky squeaky-squeaky squeaky squeaky-squeaky squeaky squeaky-squeaky The sound will haunt you forever!
