The ARTA sponsored Honda NSX first entered Super GT (then called JGTC) in 2000, becoming an official Honda works team in 2005 under the name Team Honda Racing. 2005 was a successful season for the ARTA NSX, with a number of individual round victories including a stunning pole-to-finish at Round 7 Autopolis.
