Not much action going on here. Everybody must be busy with Christmas shopping!!

 

Went Christmas tree shopping with my son!! Picked a good one. He is so excited!!!! That's what it's all about....the kids

 

Yep its all about the kids! We dont have a tree yet but maybe soon?

How is the JDMC doing today? I have been swamped with side work for cars!!

Just finished the Tercel (replaced the tranny for the 3rd time!) Everything works perfect now!

I also replaced a bad Crank sensor on a ML320 Mercedes ($150 part:banghead: )

Next is a clutch on a '87 Teg

and a

'97 corolla which needs: Both wheel bearings, front pads and rotors, and axles.

THEN

I finally chased down my leak in my suburban at the rear of the Intake manifold. SOOO that will come last.

Busy is good Marcus!! More money....hopefully. I suggest going to Home Depot for the tree. Big selection and great prices. Those private tree venders are usually double the price.

 

Just put up Christmas lights around the house. Can't do anything fancy on the ground because we have dogs this year. Just simple and classic. Just the way I love my Hondas!!

Been busy guys,

Took vacation after Thanksgiving took the kids to Legoland! My son has been there a couple times but he really enjoyed it this time since he was old enough to drive the little cars & boats. Work has been swamped! Barely put up my Christmas decorations this weekend!
Wife got a new car 2011 Honda Pilot! Trying to work on my civic but thats not happening too quick! This rain sucks!

 

That's cool Branden. Those little trips are fun! Did you guys stay down there overnight or came back up? We've been to Legoland too. My son wasn't too into it...I dunno. I am glad you guys had a good time.

New Pilot!! Did you keep the Camry? That was pretty new. How are those Pilots? They look nice!

I agree it's hard to find time to work on project cars. I am still fine tuning my new stereo system. It's been almost a month since I started it. At least the interior is back in. What a mess it was. Parts taken out and wires everywhere!!

 

We stayed down in San Diego for a couple nights just to get away. Legoland is good for younger kids but once you get a certain age not too interesting. Unless you are into legos which my son loves.

Got a new pilot now I can say I can pop vtec and still room for 8! I still have the Camry got rid of the wifes 06 Rav4 good riddens! Too many problems with that car, it was still under extended warranty but I was fed up from always having to take it to the dealer and they tell me nothings wrong! BS why is the car stumbling and has a check engine light?

No time to work on the civic! My car still has no hood on it. Wifes using it as storage for my sons xmas gifts. Slowly finishing touching up under the hood hinge areas. Hopefully I can at least get the hood on soon.

Next time im down there I will have to come meet you all! my wife and I were talking about it last night.
