ok first i currently am living in germany the car is not us spec and probly wont be converted to us spec. but i still have about 2 1/2 years here so it would be fun to drive around.
ok so the car is a 1992 gtr with what looks like minor bolt ons bov intake exhaust and what look like advan avs' rims
    they are asking $16,000 usd
and i was thinking about offering 15k but is that more that it worth?
I'm not sure if any one here would even know but i thought i would ask anyway.

well im not sure about european skyline prices, but they are quite a bit cheaper here in japan. it might be like they are in the states, kinda expensive. i dunno. but they sell R32 GTRs here for like $8000. in pretty good shape with the extras you mentioned. id do it if you can. you only live once!! :D
