depends on what you want and budget...

can do any B series swap, K swap, h swap, g23 swap (h23 and f23 hybrid, and even a j23 swap

daily car? auto-x? drag? road race?

power looking to make? na or turbo? etc etc

I've become a fan of the H22 with a B series trans. I have seen them take down K20 powered cars with similar mods, and the swap is much cheaper.

    it's not about the HP

it's about the fact that you're planting ~200 HP through a close mission transmission [i.e. B-Series trans]

your top speed is only about 115 [cause you run out of revs in 5th] but you get there really quickly

it's cheap, about $3000 for engine trans and hasport B to H series trans bracket, mounts, etc, and costs well under the $10,000 for a K20-24 swap so you have plenty of money left over for SUSPENSION if you're serious about making it into even a weekend track car

x2 on the H22. or you could go with an old fashioned LS/Vtec, or even a B20/Vtec. there's so many options, it just depends on how much money you're able to spend, or willing to spend. if you do have the money, I would say go K series all the way, but man they're so pricey right now;)

ITR or CTR. Something with a LSD. (I can't think of any other B-Series transmissions, besides the cable Y1 (CRX SiR) and the two listed, that had a LSD)
