    finally got around to changing my tranny fluid. put 1.3 quarts of honda fluid in and then another quart of GM syncromes. that stuff works wonders pretty muc. NO more grinding going into reverse... YAY. if you are looking to change your transmission fluid sometime soon, i HIGHLY reccomend putting a quart of GM syncromesh in there.

    I need to do that. I've never changd the tranny fluid. Is it like changing the oil?

    i heard if u put gear oil in a tranny u'll fuk it up, im running 10w30 in mine can i mix it with some of that syncromesh stuff

    i am running honda transmission fluid which is honda 5w30 fluid. plus some syncromesh. it is kinda like changing your oil in a sence. but the full plug is on the side. not the top
