EBAY LINK http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0757&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT#ebayphotohosting Real Means that they are Really Painted by the MUGEN Factory and has not been Painted by the the Guy trying to sell them, Everything is AUTHENTIC...:rocks: Fake Means that the Guy trying to sell them had a nice set of MR5s Decided to paint them Yellow while Adding some Decals and Posted them on Ebay for some Extra Cash...
They are fake as shit! Usually Rims are completely painted the color of the outside besides the lip. So by that I call BS. The only other color I have seen them before are the Greenish Blue color that are supposed to be 20th anniversary I believe. Not sure though since I never got a hard on for thse rims.
????? if they're fake then someone here in japan is doing that same yellow paint job! and these have the mugen kanji stamped between the lugs. im thinking that they are'nt really painted by Mugen that way.
if you have the money, buy them, get a pane of glass and put it on the stack of wheels and you have a jdm coffee table.
they look like real mr-5's but are definately not that color from mugen. mr-5's are muti-piece so they were taken apart and powdercoated that color. the lips themselves even look powdercoated silver(they should be glossy and polished looking)..even the decals are'nt right, they were put on after the paint was done. mugen only made them in a few colors, anniversary black, silver.. and even a real rare purple i believe..
I Dont know for sure if that set is real but i do know for sure that mr-5's were made in that color. Its rare as hell like yellow eg interior and White ef race editions with pink pin stripe. But they did exist..
