zc help!

hey guys im new here and i was wondering if u guys new anything about this... i did a jdm dohc zc in my 89 rex hf and everything is wired up and i bought a pm7 and a new dizzy and it turns over but its not gettin fire out of the dizzy... i hope you guys have an idea... thanks

 

open it up and check the rotor!

 

OK, I work for a Honda dealer in their Parts Dept, and I have no idea what you are refering to when you say you bought a PM7.

I have checked a couple of things out and all I can find in that general area is a JDM DOHC ZC distributor assy or distributor housing assy have a model designation PM7. But you say you bought this PM7 *and* the dist., so it can't be that. The rotor is not PM7, the ignitor is not PM7, the plugs aren't PM7, the coil, cap, and rotor aren't PM7.

Do you mean the Cylinder Sensor? It's the only other thing I can think of that's PM7 on a DOHC ZC and may be related to your problem.

17220-PM7-F00 is an air filter. LOL. j/p.

 

i got her running a few weeks ago... i just got my internet back but it was some wiring and a few petty things... thanks 4 the help tho guys

yea thats nwhat it is... now im trying 2 find some performance parts 4 the motor but i cant find didly squat

 

What was the problem... did you not repin the ECU correctly???

 

i have no idea.. .some guy came n got it and got it running... he said it was the wiring and some petty stuff
