EP3 wheels

I have an 02 civic si hatch. I want to put 16in wheels on it. I do not want to roll the the fenders and I dont want them to rub. I will be lowering it about 1 1/2 - 2 in. What size tires and offset rims am i going to need? Any help will be appreciated.

Hey guys! I just got myself a cheap, used 2004 Honda Civic, it was all I could afford.
As you can probably imagine, there's a lot of work to do to this car to make it "ready for the road" again, as it hasn't been used in a while. One of the first things I want is to get some new tires, as these ones are really, really old and I clearly can't go back on the road with them. I want some year round, all season tires which can last me at least a year, if that's possible. A friend of mine guided me...

So, come next spring, I would like to add some sort or racing stripes to my EP. I was thinking offset stripes with one fat stripe and one skinny stripe. I don't want the traditional 2 stripes in the middle. Any fancy ideas that could stand out?? Or is this very Anti-JDM?
