I live in 29 palms, CA, close to palm springs. I'm selling my 1989 s13 Silvia. The car has 280k on the body and 80k on the motor. Ka24de stock. It has a jdm Silvia front end conversion. It has a ton of mods which makes me pretty leery. I've driven a v8 for a long time and am looking for a s13/s14 to keep the RWD and hopefully the same performace but save on the MPG because it'll be my DD. I'm not sure if this is too far on mods..but id like some opinions of some guys that've been in Nissan for awhile. Thanks a lot. He has a vid or 2

So its been a long time since i have been on here.. but i have gone through many cars and many licenses.. and many races..
so im in the process of trading my 88 toyota supra turbo.. with lots o mods for a 240sx with a jdm s13 front end conversion and a sr20det red top. but i look at some s13's and see the long single taillights and then some have the the circle lights?? did they come with both or am i missing something?? i dont know much bout nissans history yet so they are a whole new...

What all is necessary for an S13.5 conversion outside of the headlights and front clip? Do i need a special/modified core support and do i need to drill any holes? Not that im seriously considering this Im just curious.

I've been wanting a cage for the longest time and decided I want a safety21 cage.

So I contacted Nukabe Automotive because they're the main distributor for North America and they told me they will not be bringing anymore inventory, rollcage wise, until the economy improves. :slap:

my boy called me over today said he had a surprise.... i get there and there is a a 240 SX sitting in his driveway behind his SE Focus. i was awe struck becuase i know the 240's are awesome project cars. this one is in pretty bad shape it has some rust on the body and needs a new interior and lots of engine work. but he got it from a cousin of his for $100. i pop the hood and i see its totally messed up but it runs somehow lol. then i see the engine badge.... its a J-Spec K24 engine!!!!...

well heres the problem it happens once in a while
when im at a red light it idles find but when the light turns green and i hit the gas the engine revs really loud sounds like its about to redline but it doesnt in fact it wont go pass 2k rpm even when i floor it, but if i let it die down to 1k it would rev up to 3k, the only way i can fix it is by turning the engine off and then on again
It doesn't do it all the time but pretty...

well it did a lil better this time. the new turbo is a lil more linear than my other one. the power delivery is a lot smoother. the intake housing is about the same size but the exhaust side is a tad bit smaller. still runnning on 21psi she put down 506whp over the previous 501. not much of a gain but a gain none the less. i really wanna change the outside what you guys think? any ideas?

well the time has come for my S13 to get on the dyno. the last run she cranked out 482whp@19psi. im shootin for 500whp this time. im takin her to the dyno tomorrow so wish me luck. ill post results when i get home.

i might be trading my 00 Civic Ex coupe for a 97 240sx. my coupe has a B16 swap in it with the usual bolt on mods(00 Si intake manifold,carbon intake,4-2-1 header,and exhuast). it has an obd2-obd1 jumper harness with a jdm B16 obd1 ecu. the 240sx has a SR20DET swap in it with a few bolt ons as well. ive always wanted a S14 and im a huge fan of the S chassis.
